Lumina is searching for a detailed and inventive Home Staging Assistant to give backing to their staging projects. This assistant will aid in turning properties into stunningly designed spaces. They’re seeking someone who’s enamored with interior design, possesses an acute taste for aesthetics, and thrives in a dynamic, hands-on workspace. The selected candidate should excel at furniture selection, setup, and dismantling while guaranteeing that each property is showcased at its best to entice potential buyers.

Their responsibilities will include assisting in home staging by organizing furniture, decor, and accessories. They’ll transport and set up staging items at properties. The tasks encompass maintaining and categorizing inventory of furniture and decor. They’ll also help in the packing and removal of staging materials following property sales.

It’s their duty to ensure all staging pieces are clean, well-kept, and correctly stored. They have to work in synergy with the lead stager to implement design plans seamlessly. Light lifting and physical tasks as required will also fall under their sphere of responsibility.

In terms of qualifications, Lumina seeks a candidate with a passion for home design and decorating. They should have intense attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics. They need the ability to lift and move furniture and decor items. It’s mandatory for them to have reliable transportation and a willingness to commute between staging locations. A positive attitude, flexibility, and good team co-ordination skills are also significant.

If transforming spaces and assisting homes to sell quicker excites you, Lumina would love to have you onboard. This post is full-time or part-time with pay ranging from $24.55 to $25.35 per hour. Expected hours per week can vary between 24 – 40.

The work schedule includes 8 hour shifts on weekdays with an on-call policy. Weekends work will be required based on necessity. The work location combines remote work with on-site tasks at Hayward, CA 94545.
