Lumina is searching for a detailed and inventive Home Staging Assistant to give backing to their staging projects. This assistant will aid in turning properties into stunningly designed spaces. The selected candidate should excel at furniture selection, setup, and dismantling while guaranteeing that each property is showcased at its best to entice potential buyers.
Their responsibilities will include assisting in home staging by organizing furniture, decor, and accessories. They’ll transport and set up staging items at properties. The tasks encompass maintaining and categorizing inventory of furniture and decor. They’ll also help in the packing and removal of staging materials following property sales.
It’s their duty to ensure all staging pieces are clean, well-kept, and correctly stored. They have to work in synergy with the lead stager to implement design plans seamlessly. Light lifting and physical tasks as required will also fall under their sphere of responsibility.
In terms of qualifications, Lumina seeks a candidate with a passion for home design and decorating. They should have intense attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics. They need the ability to lift and move furniture and decor items. It’s mandatory for them to have reliable transportation and a willingness to commute between staging locations.
