Signature Staging, a well-regarded home staging company in San Diego, is seeking a Designer with a keen eye for style and detail. They hope to find someone experienced in transforming spaces and highlighting the best features of a home.
In this role, the Designer is central to each staging project, taking the lead from the initial property walk-through until the final touches are in place. It’s a role requiring both creativity and hands-on execution, suited to someone who comes from a strong design background.
The Designer’s responsibilities include conducting property walk-throughs with agents or homeowners, planning appropriate staging, selecting items from the company’s inventory to complement each unique property, styling rooms, overseeing on-site staging, and staying updated with design trends to introduce fresh ideas. Additionally, they are tasked with cooperating with the team to ensure a seamless execution of each project.
The ideal candidate should have a strong design background, preferably in interior design, home staging or a related field. They should have a superior sense of style, balance, and detail and the ability to transform any property into a prospective buyer’s dream home.
In addition, the individual should be comfortable with hands-on work, be able to assess spaces quickly and make decisive design choices and possess outstanding communication skills to interact with agents, homeowners, and colleagues. An understanding of both aesthetics and real estate market appeal is imperative.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 to $32.00 per hour, and additional benefits include paid time off. Prospective employees must be able to commute to San Diego, CA 92111 and must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Home Staging or Interior Design. The workplace is in-person.
