They are seeking a Lead Designer/Staging Manager who will report directly to their Creative Director. This role is ideally suited to a meticulous, creative, hard-working individual with previous experience in residential staging and/or interior design.

The lead designer/staging manager should possess several key qualifications. These include having at least one year of staging experience and owning a reliable vehicle along with a current driver’s license. The ideal candidate would be technologically savvy and have the ability to adapt to rapidly-changing schedules.

Responsibilities for this role are myriad and diverse. The lead designer/staging manager will meet with agents and owners to provide estimates through walkthroughs. They will collaborate with fellow lead designers to prepare for jobs at the warehouse, which involves pulling accessories, bedding, art, towels, and more. The position also requires managing movers with load ins and removals and running various errands such as picking up keys, servicing plants at staging jobs, and sourcing accessories.

The role includes going to the SF Flower Mart to select plants/flowers for stagings and is responsible for photographing new inventory and new installations, then uploading these images to their inventory system.

Expectations of the candidate for this position are high. The ideal candidate should be reliable, energetic, focused, and detail-oriented. They should also be a resourceful problem solver with a can-do attitude and an ability to learn quickly. Excellent time management skills and experience working on multiple projects are also essential.

The job type is full time with an annual compensation ranging from $65,000 to $80,000. Work benefits include health insurance and paid time off. The expected work schedule is Monday to Friday.

The candidate must be able to commute to the San Francisco Bay Area, CA (required) and consider relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area, CA before starting work (also required). Work will be conducted at multiple locations.
