The enlisted responsibilities for this position include acting as a liaison between the head manager, realtors, and sellers regarding staging quotes and consultations. The Home Staging Manager will also coordinate the staging schedule and oversee property viewings to determine staging quotes.
One main part of the job is to supervise the packing and organization of furniture and staging accessories at the warehouse for easy loading. The successful candidate will also lead the team in preparing, packing and staging.
Coordination with the delivery team is necessary for relocating furniture, art, and accessories in the listed property. The Manager will also specify design features, including identifying appropriate color schemes and matching furniture to enhance the space.
After staging, the Home Staging Manager is charged with capturing pictures of the staged property for quality checks. They should ensure the company’s items are clean, neatly arranged and well maintained after destaging. The Manager is also accountable for supervising the team’s activity and schedule.
The required qualifications for this role include a minimum of three years of full-time home staging experience and five years of experience that can include part-time jobs. Previous experience in home staging, interior design, or a related field is mandatory. The suitable candidate needs to be familiar with the tasks, process-oriented, meticulous, and capable of lifting 30 lbs boxes and items.
That person also needs to show a willingness to learn, be open-minded to work with a team. Moreover, they should have the ability to interact professionally with clients, a strong networking ability to expand business connections and show transparency and receptiveness to feedback.
