They are seeking an experienced Home Staging Stylist to join their burgeoning team. The role necessitates a highly motivated and detail-focused person who thrives in fast-paced environments. Not only must the candidate be highly organized, they should also possess a keen eye for interior design and decorating. Previous experience in the field is of utmost importance for applications to be considered.

The role encompasses physical labor – driving to locations, packing, unpacking, bending, and lifting. Hence, being a nimble go-getter who takes the initiative is expected. The candidate should also hold an enthusiastic, positive, and professional attitude.

Experience in design, staging, or visual merchandising is a crucial requirement. Reporting and taking direction from the creative director will be a key aspect of the role. The reliability of one's transportation is also crucial, together with a valid driver's license, insurance, and a clean driving record.

The position is full-time, with varying workloads and compensation dependent on experience. The ideal candidate would reside in the Los Angeles area due to client needs and commute times. The position is available immediately.

The responsibilities of the job include selecting inventory for each project and packing necessary items to style homes. For this, the candidate must maintain an accurate and organized inventory system.

The candidate should ideally hold a degree in Interior Design or Architecture, though this isn't mandatory. A keen understanding of various home styles and decorating themes is a must. Knowledge of Adobe suite will be a plus.

Qualities that are sought after include being personable, goal-oriented, and being able to seamlessly transition from "warehouse mode" to "5 star service" mode. The candidate should show a level-headed calm and the ability to adapt under high-stress circumstances. Continuous personal learning and the ability to function during times of uncertainty are also important.
