The professional they’re seeking will have the responsibility to design and style 1–2 homes daily using items from their warehouse inventory. Occasionally, the designer may be called upon to source missing items online when the inventory is low.

Compensation for the role includes a daily payment of $360, which typically includes 1–2 smaller staging projects. There’s a $100 bonus when the staging is completed with no forgotten items that require return trips. The payment is on a per-project-day basis with a flexible schedule based on the candidate’s availability.
The job involves designing and styling homes based on their architectural style and target buyer profile. The designer will use the curated warehouse inventory to select furniture, rugs, art, and accessories. If the inventory is depleted, the designer will source additional items online such as art or accent decor. They will also compile a shopping list for approval. The job requires working closely with the staging and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution. To earn the bonus, the designer must confirm all staging items are accounted for.

The candidate must be able to design quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality. Organizational skills and a keen attention to detail are a necessity. Candidates with previous staging or interior design experience are preferred. Transportation must be reliable.
