The company seeks a reliable, detail-focused Staging Assistant. The primary responsibilities of this role entail hands-on tasks, involving setting up and tearing down staging furniture and décor in homes around the San Diego area. They are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Ideal candidates should have an interest in interior design, possess a keen aesthetic eye, and should be comfortable doing hands-on work.

The Staging Assistant’s duties will include loading and unloading furniture, artwork, and décor for staging jobs. They’ll assist lead stagers in setting up each room based on design plans. Organizing inventory before and after each staging is also a part of their job. They’ll also clean, wrap, and ensure proper transportation of all items.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in trucks and warehouses, assisting with destaging and returning inventory, and adhering to safety procedures while moving furniture are also part of the role.

The candidate must have a strong work ethic and be punctual. The ability to lift 50 lbs and work standing for several hours is essential. An interest in home design or staging is preferred but not necessary. The candidate should have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferrably, they should also have a professional attitude and be a team player. Flexibility in scheduling is required, as some jobs may necessitate early mornings or late afternoons.

The candidate should be able to commute to San Marcos, CA 92069—this is preferred. If required, they should be willing to relocate to San Marcos, CA 92069 before starting work.
