Elite Home Staging, the premier provider of luxury staging and interior design services in Southern California, is looking to hire a highly detail-oriented, organized and tech-savvy Inventory Manager. They want this person to play a critical role in maintaining the quality, efficiency, and exceptional standards their brand is associated with in the luxury real estate market.

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for accurately tracking, managing, and maintaining inventory levels for high-end furniture, décor, and staging accessories. They will be expected to coordinate with design teams and staging crews to ensure the correct inventory is allocated to various projects, thus guaranteeing consistency and the beautiful, minimalist elegance their clients look forward to.

The person will carry out regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy, accountability, and minimal inventory loss or damage. It’s also their responsibility to maintain and update the digital inventory management system, so as to improve efficiency and accuracy of reports.

The candidate will need to have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to manage warehouse personnel and external vendors effectively. They will also identify inventory needs and support the design team’s vision and project timelines proactively.

The Inventory Manager will also be expected to contribute innovative suggestions to improve processes and enhance inventory control strategies.

Ideal candidates for this role should be exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing a diverse inventory of luxury furnishings and decor. They should be fluent in English and Spanish, and comfortable using inventory management software. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant inventory applications is needed. Individuals with previous experience, or a strong interest in interior design or luxury staging, and a good eye for modern, minimalist aesthetics would be preferred. The company is looking for efficient problem-solvers who anticipate needs and work proactively to maintain smooth inventory flow and adhere to project timelines.
