The Inventory Manager will undertake a range of duties. They will diligently track, manage and retain inventory levels for high-end furniture, décor, and staging accessories. They will work closely with design teams and staging crews to make sure the right inventory is assigned to the right projects, ensuring consistency and the minimalist elegance that their clients have come to expect.

The Inventory Manager will also conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy, accountability and minimal item loss or damage. They will upkeep and refresh the digital inventory management system, utilizing software solutions to enhance efficiency and report accuracy.

Being bilingual in English and Spanish is important for this role. The Inventory Manager will need to communicate clearly and professionally to manage warehouse personnel and liaise with external vendors effectively. They will foresee inventory needs, supporting the design team’s objectives and project schedules. They will also drive innovation by proposing creative ideas to refine processes and extend inventory control strategies.

The perfect candidate for this role is supremely organized and detail-focused, able to manage a varied inventory of luxury items and decor. They should be comfortable navigating inventory management software and have a good grasp of computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and similar inventory applications. Past experience or a strong interest in interior design or luxury staging is a plus. They should have a refined taste for modern, minimalist aesthetics. Efficiency, foresight and a proactive mindset are key to maintain seamless inventory flow and project schedules.
