The company is looking for a Junior Home Staging Designer to manage and install the Meridith Baer inventory in client properties. This role is ideal for individuals who can work with homeowners and brokers to market homes to discerning buyers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for curating and installing the standard “Meridith Baer” look using existing inventory from the warehouse for job budgets under 10K. The role involves communicating with homeowners and brokers, along with Meridith Baer Sales Associates, to evaluate customer needs for the home.
The designer will be tasked with identifying budget-appropriate furnishings for each home. They will need to submit a Designer Debrief for each job, noting any issues with installation or inventory, or identifying needs for move outs.
They will be responsible for maintaining the FileMaker inventory system for effective inventory control and job price lists handling. The role also requires completing other duties as needed.
Candidates with a degree in Design, or similar field, are preferred. They should have a good understanding of design, design styles, and spatial planning.
The company desires someone with keen attention to detail who can keep deadlines and work independently.
Having personal transportation is mandatory for this role. Candidates should be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products like Excel and be comfortable working in an open environment with various weather conditions.
