Presently, they seek a Home Staging Consultant for a part-time role. The task of the consultant would be to aid the staging team with on-site property walkthroughs before the staging commences. The job is centered around gathering meticulous project data, such as photographs, measurements, and layout observations that directly contribute to the staging and design planning.

This role is perfect for students or recent graduates of Interior Design, Architecture, or related disciplines who seek firsthand experience in the home staging domain. The incumbent will be required to attend on-site walkthroughs for home staging assignments, capture lucid reference photographs and short videos of the property, measure rooms, walls, windows and crucial staging areas, document layout conditions, lighting, finishes, and limitations, collate and submit walkthrough information to the staging team and adhere to standardized walkthrough and documentation procedures.

To qualify for this role, the person should be a current student or recent graduate in Interior Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related fields. They should show a keen interest in home staging and residential interiors. Furthermore, they should possess a meticulous attention to detail, a strong sense of space, and be comfortable with working on-site residential properties. They should also know how to take precise measurements and capture clear photographs and they should be organized, dependable, and able to function autonomously.

While not necessary, prior experience with home staging or residential design can be advantageous. So could exposure to basic measuring tools like tape measures or laser measurers, and an understanding of residential floor plans or layouts.

This is a project-based, flexible role that is fitting for students or recent graduates. It comes with competitive hourly compensation commensurate with experience. The projected workload is 5-10 hours per week.
