Looking for an enthusiastic individual passionate about interior design, someone who is keen to gain hands-on experience working with luxury homes and real estate. They are hiring a Staging Design Assistant to join their dynamic and growing staging company based in Westside, Los Angeles. This opening is perfect for recent graduates, or students pursuing a degree in Interior Design or creatives with an eye for beauty.
The role involves assisting the Design Team in staging luxury residential properties. The job requires helping with furniture, décor, and accessory placement to create stunning, market-ready homes. The Design Assistant will also be involved in design concept development and the making of mood boards and presentations.
Other duties include supporting with inventory organization, tracking, and updating, and curating and organizing product selections and trade account resources. The role also entails helping create engaging content for social media showcasing latest projects, with an opportunity to visit project sites across West Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
No need to worry about training, they are excited to mentor and teach whoever steps into the role. They are looking for someone with a passion for interior design, real estate staging, or visual merchandising.
Being detailed-oriented, having strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, willingness to learn new skills, good written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are some of the key traits they want in the ideal candidate.
The candidate must be tech-savvy, with Canva or social media experience being a plus, and should have reliable transportation to access project locations.
