As a Staging Designer, one must execute cohesive design plans for all staging projects within the three core service areas of the company. The designer will regularly organize decor and textiles, select and buy decor and textiles consistent with the company’s design style, all the while ensuring compliance with the designated budget. The person should be capable of conducting property views and scoping projects when required. Maintining professional relationships with realtors and homeowners is also part of the job. Lastly, the individual is required to identify and report inventory gaps to assist in procurement.
The requisites for the role include a minimum of a year’s experience in professional decorating in home staging, film, events, or merchandising. Additionally, the candidate should possess a valid CA Driver’s License and reliable transport. It is crucial that the individual is a team player, someone who is decisive but also open to feedback. The person should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
