The company is currently seeking a proactive Staging Operations Manager who is organized and comfortable with hands-on responsibilities. They need someone to successfully direct the logistics, warehouse, and installation procedures of their home staging enterprise. This role is best suited to someone who thrives in bustling, physically demanding environments and is well-versed in moving, logistics management, and team leadership. The hired manager will be tasked with effectively managing every aspect of staging projects, from coordinating with the warehouse to executing on-site activities.

The Staging Operations Manager will have several responsibilities. They will schedule and lead the logistics crew, manage the warehouse inventory, head up on-site installations and uninstallations, and oversee the company’s vehicle fleet.

In a more detailed aspect, this role will oversee and manage all operational elements involved in staging projects. This includes setting up schedules, handling logistics, installing and uninstalling setups. The manager will plan, organize daily routes, truckloads, and delegate tasks to crews for undertaking staging installations and removals. They will also be in charge of leading and supervising staging crews, movers, and warehouse staff. They will likewise ensure efficient loading and unloading of home décor, furniture, and staging inventory while adhering to relevant safety measures.

The Staging Operations Manager will facilitate warehouse operations, which encompass organization, inventory management, and optimizing space. They will maintain an accurate inventory system, ensuring that staging assets are available when required. They will also oversee transportation coordination, including managing company vehicles, handling maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

As needed, the manager will be expected to provide on-site support for installations, moving, and staging executions. They will have the responsibility of identifying and introducing process enhancements that can boost efficiency, cut down on errors, and ensure all projects are finalized on schedule and within the company’s standards.

To be eligible for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations, moving, logistics, or warehouse management, with home staging experience considered an advantage. They are looking for someone who has led teams in dynamic, physical work environments. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in inventory systems and warehouse organization, strong organizational skills, impressive problem-solving skills, excellent managerial and leadership abilities, and good communication skills.

They need a hands-on leader not afraid to help out on-site. The successful candidate will be someone who thrives on logistics, efficiency, and organization. They should be a strong team leader who can instruct crews and maintain accountability. They are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can think rapidly in changing situations. The candidate must have a valid driver’s license; experience driving box trucks will be an advantage.

The annual pay will range from $60,000 to $70,000. In addition to this salary, there are several benefits including dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. The role is an in-person position.
