The company is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fulfil the role of a Warehouse Manager for their furniture warehouse. The successful candidate will handle the daily operations of the warehouse, which include managing productive planning, demand planning, and dispatch processes. The Warehouse Manager will have a major role in preserving the efficiency of supply chain and logistics while supervising the warehouse staff. Knowledge of transportation management systems and experience in using Stageforce would be beneficial.

As a Warehouse Manager, the desired candidate will guide the warehouse staff to boost productivity and proficiency. They will be responsible for managing inventory, from receiving and storing to shipping goods. The implementation of strategies for production planning and demand planning to meet operation goals is vital. Coordinating dispatch activities is necessary to ensure timely delivery of goods. Logistics operations will also need to be managed to optimize transportation routes and lower costs.

Safety regulations and company policies need to be strictly adhered to within the warehouse. The use of transportation management systems will be necessary for tracking shipments and inventory levels. Regular training sessions will need to be conducted for the staff to familiarize them with best practices in the warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will also need to collaborate with other departments to align supply chain activities with business goals.

A background in warehouse management or a comparable role is required. Familiarity with Stageforce is an advantage, as is a strong background in production planning, demand planning, and logistics. Experience in operating forklifts and knowledge of safety protocols is necessary. Understanding supply chain processes and transportation management systems is critical. This full-time position is perfectly suited to someone passionate about enhancing warehouse operations and controlling a lively team. The wage varies from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. The expected hours of work are 40 per week, during an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday.

The ability to commute is required, specifically to Los Angeles, CA 90021. There is also a potential requirement to relocate to Los Angeles, CA 90021 before starting work.

This position requires in-person work at the specified location.
