Signature Staging is a reputable home staging business renowned for its knack in turning properties into delightful spaces that enhance house sales.

They are in need of a dependable and industrious Warehouse & Staging Crew Member. This individual will be responsible for organizing and managing the warehouse, handling furniture loading and unloading, and assisting in staging by positioning furniture appropriately. The ideal candidate takes pleasure in practical work, has a keen eye for detail, and can function effectively in a team setting.

Some of the tasks for this role include maintaining an orderly, accessible warehouse filled with well-arranged furniture. Part of the responsibilities also cover the safe and efficient loading and unloading of furniture from trucks and transporting them to staging sites. The crew member will help designers stage homes, which entails placing and arranging furniture strategically.

A key part of the job is to ensure that furniture is moved in and out of homes with great care to prevent damage. It is equally important to keep the warehouse and furniture clean always. The warehouse & Staging Crew Member will handle necessary furniture repairs, operate company trucks and return them to the warehouse after staging tasks.

The role involves following staging plans and taking instructions from designers. It also includes assisting with the unpacking of bins as well as cleaning and organizing stages.

The requirements for this position include being able to lift and shunt heavy furniture and having a clean record and a valid driver’s license. Prior experience in warehouse duties, moving, or furniture staging is an added advantage but not mandatory. High-level attention to detail, efficiency, a positive outlook and teamwork are also prerequisites for this role. Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic are vital for this position.

This job offers a competitive hourly wage which is dependent on experience. There are opportunities for growth within the company and the work environment is dynamic and exciting with a fantastic team.

The type of employment is full-time and the pay ranges from $17 to $22 per hour. The schedule is an 8-hour day shift from Monday to Friday. Applicants should have the capacity to commute and be based in San Diego, CA 92123. The work location is in-person.
