Home Harmony Denver, an award-winning home staging company, is seeking a reliable Mover/Furniture Installer. This Denver-based company transforms listings into dream homes, specialising in staging high-end properties with captivating designs. The working hours are 25-40 hours a week from Monday to Friday 8-4pm, with no weekends. Pay is $25–$35 per hour based on experience.
Their ideal candidate is detail-oriented with professional moving experience and an aptitude for leadership. They are looking to fill a hands-on role suitable for a moving professional who enjoys creative environments and taking up a leadership position.
The prospective Mover would be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient movement of staging inventory, supporting staging installations and pickups, and ensuring properties are market-ready. This involves driving a box truck, loading and unloading staging inventory, and handling all items with the care and precision expected of a high-end moving professional. They would also lead on-site logistics, communicate with team members, homeowners, and agents, and track and report inventory damages among other duties.
The applicant must have professional moving experience (residential or commercial), and leadership or crew lead experience is strongly preferred. They should be able to lift and move up to 100 lbs and have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. The ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments is essential.
The compensation package includes $25–$35/hour based on experience and a $40/month phone stipend. Additionally, the company provides 5 paid sick days a year and bonus opportunities based on company performance.
