A local home staging company located in Frederick, CO is seeking a highly organized, hands-on, and handy individual to join their creative, fast-paced industry as an in house mover. They desire an experienced mover to lend a hand to their designers in transforming homes.

The ideal candidate for the role of the in house mover would play a crucial role in the company’s staging process. The roles include guaranteeing smooth warehouse operations, efficient inventory control, and seamless coordination for home staging projects. Job responsibilities also include maintaining the warehouse, assembling furniture, loading and unloading staging materials, and collaborating with the designers to bring homes to life. This position appeals to a dynamic individual, who leads every aspect of their life with positivity.

The job involves managing the receiving, storing, and dispatching of inventory for home staging projects. This person would assemble and prepare furniture and accessories for staging installations. One of the primary roles would be to coordinate the logistics for loading, unloading, and transportation of materials to and from homes. This generally involves close collaboration with designers to ensure a smooth execution of staging projects. Maintenance of a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment is also an important part of this role. Company compliance with company policies and safety regulations is another responsibility within this job.

For the right candidate, they should be able to bring strong organizational and inventory management skills to the table. They should be able to lift and move furniture and décor weighing up to 90 lbs. Previous experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations is required. In addition, hands-on experience with furniture assembly and minor repairs is desirable. An upbeat attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with designers and team members is a must. This role will require the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven setting.

Compensation is hourly at a rate from $22.00 per hour. Working hours are typically Monday to Friday, 930AM to 330 PM, with the potential for additional hours if desired. This team values long-term relationships, and hopes to find someone who is looking to commit and thrive alongside them.
