Currently, Curated Studio is in a growth phase and aims to recruit a detailed and enthusiastic individual for the position of Stager/ Designer/ Administrative Coordinator. This multi-faceted role suits someone drawn to design, comfortable with a swift working environment, and adept at managing both creative and administrative tasks. There’s potential for the chosen candidate to graduate to a full-time role in 2026.
The role has a design and staging focus, requiring the individual to participate actively in home staging, including the choice, arrangement, and styling of furniture and accessories. The person plays a part in curating looks that are trendy and supportive of each property’s distinctive nature. Maintenance and systematic organization of inventory are essential tasks. Participating in furniture pickups, installations, and de-stagings will occasionally involve some lifting. The person will work closely with clients, agents, and builders to bring shared creative visions to life.
The role also includes administrative and coordination duties centered around managing scheduling and timelines for staging projects, installations, and pickups. The person will have to liaise with team members and contractors for a seamless project execution. They will help create invoices, track expenses, and handle project budgets. On the marketing side, they will be responsible for updating social media, uploading project images, and helping with promotional content. They will also handle phone calls and emails, prioritizing excellent communication and client service.
Ideal candidates possess experience in home staging or interior-related fields. A strong sense of style, meticulousness, and insight into design trends are vital. They need to be okay with a high-speed, deadline-bound setup. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills are a must. They should be able to lift up to 40 lbs and manage furniture and accessories during staging. comfort with basic tools like Google Workspace, Canva, and project management platforms is preferable – training will be provided if needed. A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude is desired since the job demands close collaboration.
