Currently, they are expanding at a rapid pace and in search of an eager and detailed-oriented individual to fill the Stager/Designer/Administrative Coordinator role. This unique, hybrid position is designed for someone with a passion for design, who functions well in high-intensity environments and can balance creative and administrative responsibilities with ease.

The individual will be expected to assist in home staging endeavors which encompass selection, placement, and styling of furniture as well as accessories. Creating looks that resonate with current design trends yet capture the unique charm of each property are key elements of the role. Managing and organizing inventory, cleaning and preparing pieces for photography, assisting with furniture pickups, installations, and destages are tasks included in this role. The physical demand includes occasional lifting. Direct work with clients, agents, and builders is also expected to meet creative objectives and deliver high-quality results.

In addition to the creative role, administrative coordination comprising of project scheduling, installations, pickups, assisting with invoice creation, expense tracking, and budget management is essential. The role includes collaborating with team members, contractors to ensure project execution goes smoothly. Being the point of contact for clients via phone calls and emails, giving them excellent customer service is critical. Contributing to marketing activities such as updating social media, uploading project images and assisting with promotional materials is also part of the role.

Ideally, the individual will have prior experience in home staging, interior design, or other similar capacities. Having a keen eye for detail, design trends, and style is essential. The ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, function well in fast-paced environments, meet deadlines, lift up to 50lbs, and handle furniture and accessories during staging is crucial. Basic proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, and project management platforms is required, although training will be provided if necessary. The preferred candidate will have a positive and flexible outlook and have a knack for team-oriented tasks.

In terms of remuneration, they offer competitive hourly contract pay based on experience. The range is from $18 to $20 per hour.
