On the search for a Home Staging Assistant, the company is seeking someone proficient in decorating and staging homes for sale. This role includes arranging furniture, accessorizing the living spaces, organizing rooms, and bringing to life the unique aspects of each home before it goes on sale. The job holder will work closely with the staging team to revamp empty or outdated spaces into attractive, welcoming homes that potential buyers will find irresistible.
The work primarily involves aiding in the staging of homes with furniture and artistic pieces, organizing and styling rooms, safely handling and moving furniture and relevant boxes, maintaining and caring for staging inventory and assisting in the setting up and dismantling at various homes throughout the week. Efficiency and alertness to design details alongside following instructions are also crucial expecting attributes.
They are looking for someone paying strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design and aesthetics. A positive attitude, team spirit, reliability and punctuality are also necessary. The job entails lifting heavy objects, more than or 50 lbs, thus physical strength is a prerequisite. Holding a valid driver’s license and owning reliable transportation are also mandatory. Part experience in staging, decorating, moving or design is an added asset, although it is not essential.
The role could be either part-time or flexible depending on the project load. The pay is lucrative and is estimated to be on hourly rates, depending on the individual’s specific experience.
