Mile High 360 Estate Sales, a family-owned business, is actively seeking a dependable and detail-focused Estate Sale Assistant. This locally recognized company specializes in various services, including estate sales, clean-outs, junk removal, home staging, and real estate in the North Denver/Boulder area. They require assistance to set up, plan, and conduct estate sales. The role includes delivering excellent customer service with responsibility for pricing, serving clients and shoppers to ensure a seamless sale experience.

The day-to-day responsibilities are extensive. Tasks include assisting in the segregation and arrangement of items for the estate sales and conducting prices research under the supervision of management. There will also be the need to set up tables, displays, and signage for optimal sales experience. As an estate sale assistant, duties extend to facilitating sales transactions including cash and credit card payments. Part of the role also requires the effective handling of crowd control and efficiently addressing customer queries. Post-sale responsibilities involve packing and cleaning, alongside light lifting and shifting of household items and furniture. Maintaining a professional and polite demeanor with clients and customers at all times is greatly emphasized.

The ideal candidate would have prior exposure in retail, estate sales, or customer service. This would be complemented with strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail. A capacity to lift and move items weighing no more than 50 lbs is required. The successful applicant should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and exhibit a friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude. Owning reliable transportation to various sale locations in the North Denver/Boulder area is a must.

The role is part-time, with compensation ranging between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour. Working hours are expected to be between 4 – 25 per week. The schedule will consist of a 4-hour daytime shift from Monday to Friday, with no night shifts. Occasional on-call may also be required. All work will be conducted in person.
