All About Staging & Design is extending an offer to established Stagers and Interior Designers in the Denver Area. They present an opportunity to expand your own staging business without the strains of managing inventory, storage, or logistics.

Access to their 15,000+ sq ft staging warehouse in Denver will be provided, geared towards a select group of independent stagers and designers aiming to expedite their business growth.

They envisage this as the perfect opportunity if you’re already engaged in collaborations with realtors, builders, investors, or homeowners and wish to tackle more projects without bearing the hefty expense of furniture procurement, storage, and delivery logistics.

They offer a viable alternative to establishing your own warehouse and inventory from scratch, wherein you can rather utilize theirs. They extend a roll call of provisions including a large staging warehouse, a big inventory of furniture, art, rugs, lighting, and decor, a professional delivery and installation crew, well-organized inventory systems, logistics coordination, and an opportunity for collaboration with a recognized local staging brand.

As a result, your focus can remain on designing aesthetic spaces and expanding your client base, while they manage the operational aspect.

They’re looking for enthusiastic stagers and interior designers who come with the experience or an existing client base. It’s an ideal proposition for those who have collaborated with realtors, builders, or investors, have staging or interior design experience, wish to scale their business without the need to buy inventory, relish building relationships and managing their clients, respect autonomy but highly regard shared resources.

This position is not designed as an entry-level training program. They seek professionals aiming to expand their own business with solid operational support.

The model being proposed enables you to retain 100% of your staging/design fees. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, consultations, and design planning.

Furniture inventory, warehouse access, and logistics associated with delivery and installation will be provided by them. The costs associated with inventory rental and delivery will be contingent on the scope of the project.

The job operates as an independent contractor partnership (1099). As a partner stager, you’ll run your own staging or design business while getting the advantage of their warehouse inventory and logistics support. As a partner stager, you’ll be managing your client relationships, maintain the necessary business insurance (general liability), market and grow your brand, and arrange your own transportation to job sites and the warehouse.

All About Staging & Design is a Denver-based staging company, owned and run by a woman and her family, led by owner and head stager Jeannie Pucci. They have a vast, curated staging inventory in their 15,000 square feet warehouse. Their goal is to lend support to talented stagers and designers, providing the infrastructure required to run a successful staging business.

If interested in this opportunity, kindly send in a brief introduction about your experience, examples of past staging or design work (if available), and some details about your current client base or goals. They are eager to connect with creative, determined professionals who are prepared for growth.

You have the option to work flexibly from home.
