They’re on the hunt for a highly organized, proactive, and creative Executive Assistant. This person will provide support to a top-performing Realtor as well as take on a leadership role in the staging operations of their newly launched home staging division. Necessary qualities include a knack for design, strong leadership skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
The role involves managing and maintaining the Realtor’s calendar, appointments, and communication. Coordinating the listing and transaction processes from pre-listing to closing is also part of the responsibilities. Support will be needed with CRM management and following up with clients. Liaison with title companies, lenders, photographers, and inspectors are part of day to day tasks. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism is crucial.
The new hire will also be responsible for setting up, managing logistics and operations of a new staging business, Haven & Tide. They’ll be consulting with agents and homeowners to identify staging needs and make service recommendations. Duties also include scheduling and overseeing installations, managing inventory flow, sourcing and organizing staging inventory and supplies. The new executive assistant will be asked to create staging service proposals and manage project budgets. From a branding and marketing standpoint, there will be the need for portfolio development and social media.
The individual should have more than one year’s experience in real estate support, project coordination, or executive assistant roles. They should have strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and be highly proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms. Interest in interior design or real estate staging is a plus. A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is also required. The job may involve lifting and moving lightweight decor and furniture items for staging projects.
