Going forward, the Real Estate Specialist is expected to carry out and complete the PLACE Agent Launch program successfully. They would implement PLACE’s lead generation systems weekly, host open houses twice a month, transform lead generation and prospecting efforts into scheduled appointments. Active participation in weekly script practice sessions as per team rules is expected. Attendance in coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls is required. Consultations are expected to be provided to sellers, along with securing listings and effectively marketing properties. Application of expert knowledge in pricing strategies, home staging and other listing services. The successful applicant is expected to negotiate deals favorably and maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities.
