Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building enduring relationships with clients and partners, becoming an expert in the company’s services and value propositions, executing personalized sales strategies, delivering compelling proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and surpassing sales targets.
Furthermore, the Sales Representative will keep CRM records updated, forecast sales, provide valuable market insights and customer feedback, represent The Staging Company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, and participate in daily and weekly sales meetings. The individual will also invest in their own growth through continuous training and development.
