A large, professional, and fast expanding home staging company based in Jacksonville Florida is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join their team. The position can be either full-time or part-time and it’s best suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic, quick-paced environment and has a passion for organization, communication, and supporting a successful business.

As the Executive Assistant, you would be working directly with the owners, managing the day-to-day operations of the staging business. Your primary responsibilities will involve tasks such as scheduling, client communication, and coordinating with vendors and team members. Other responsibilities include managing inventory systems, handling invoicing, and ensuring projects flow smoothly from inception to completion. It’s vital that the assistant plays a key role in maintaining organization and efficiency behind the scenes.

The perfect candidate is proactive, detail-driven, highly organized, and comfortable handling diverse administrative and operational tasks. While prior experience in staging, design, real estate, or service-oriented businesses is an advantage, it’s not a requirement.
