Due to the increasing demand, Dwell & Company is looking to enlist an additional stager to manage staging and luxury rental projects from start to finish. The stager’s role encompasses creating demographic-specific staging installations that are honed by their creativity and the successful Dwell brand. The prospective stager would focus on designing appealing setups that prioritize selling the home and communicating with clients regarding logistics and design. They would also preview homes, select and prepare the inventory, and oversee installation on the day.

It should be noted that this role, while creative and design-oriented, is not strictly an interior design job. It requires on-the-feet problem-solving and can be physically demanding and at times, exhausting. Some design/decorating/staging experience is required, and familiarity with current interior design trends is a must.

The perfect candidate would be passionate about design, team-orientated, proactive, detail-oriented, and organized. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally and approachably with clients are also important. A role in this company requires driving (mileage is reimbursed), and an attitude for personal growth as the business expands.

The job type is full-time with a pay rate of $23.00 – $25.00 per hour. The company also provides benefits including 401(k), dental and health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.

Potential candidates will need to comply with a drug test and background screening. The work location is in person.
