Crafted Interiors is expanding in the field of interior design and home staging and they need a motivated Home Stager. They seek to hire someone who can create inviting, fresh spaces that make homes distinct on the market.

The Home Stager position demands an individual who can manage both operational and design elements of home staging. They are after someone confident and independent enough to market the services face-to-face and grow the staging part of the company. This individual must be able to lead and carry out staging projects, organise inventory, coordinate logistics and perform design tasks. The role is open to organised, adaptable, driven individuals passionate about interior decorating and physically capable of manual tasks.

On the design side, work will involve assisting with the setup and breakdown of staged properties, sourcing and coordinating furnishings, decor and accessories from the warehouse for projects. It might also require external sourcing of new furnishings for projects, within the budget. The company’s aesthetic standards need to be maintained in all tasks.

For the operations component, they will need to manage the warehouse inventory, ensure furniture and decor are well kept and ready, coordinate with the movers, vendors, and installation teams, track logistics concerning the furniture and decor, and support project schedules while maintaining timelines for tasks.

General duties will include administrative tasks such as vendor communication and updating clients on a regular basis. The workspace should be well organized and all materials accounted for. They will need to physically help with tasks like moving furniture and staging items.

Interested candidates must have a passion for home staging and be well-organised with a keen eye for detail. They should be capable of multitasking and have the physical capacity to lift and move decor and furniture. Candidates should also be adaptable and capable of creative and operational responsibilities. Strong communication abilities and a customer-focused approach are a must. Basic tool proficiency, like Microsoft Office, is required and experience with design tools is a plus. They should also enjoy creating social media posts and videos. The job is not remote.
