Based in Boca Raton, Florida, REH Interiors is a luxury home staging and design firm. This fast-paced company is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Home Staging Assistant.
The prospective Home Staging Assistant would be expected to work closely with the Lead Designer/Project Manager. They would support staging installations, logistics, and design execution. This hands-on role is perfectly suited for an individual with a keen interest in interiors, a discerning eye for styling, and exceptional organizational skills. Daily tasks would be diverse and could range from organizing inventory, supporting on-site installations, tendering mood boards, and liaising with vendors. This role would be critical for ensuring smooth operations both on-site and behind the scenes.
In addition to the above, the responsibilities of the role would be broad and varied. They would participate in several key areas such as project and design support where they would facilitate staging installations, help organize inventory, and monitor the cleanliness and quality control of warehouse items.
They would also address coordination and communication tasks, serving as the bridge between lead designers and other staff. The assistant would also be expected to maintain detailed notes and documentation of projects, and communicate efficiently with clients and other team members in high-pressure situations.
Additionally, the role includes administrative and logistical tasks. Tracking inventory condition and providing support for purchasing, sourcing, and other logistical needs associated with staging are essential duties of this position.
Applicants must have an interest or background in interior design, visual merchandising, or staging. Excellent organizational skills, along with the physical ability to move furniture and accessories, are needed. Candidates should also have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and familiarity with Google Workspace. Ideally, potential employees will have 1-2 years of experience in staging, design, or real estate environments and be familiar with platforms like StageForce, Odoo, Trello, or Slack.
The position is W-2 Hourly with part-time to full-time availability needed, with some weekends. Compensation is competitive and based on experience. The role is based in Boca Raton, FL, but travel to properties will be required.
