They are searching for someone who can effortlessly fluff pillows, straighten frames and redesign rooms purely from a mental perspective. This individual ideally finds joy in styling, viewing it as both art and strategy, and relishes the excitement of installation days. Even if you’re new in the field, they believe that with your passion and their training, you can excel as their new Home Stylist, supporting the execution of home staging projects.

As their Home Stylist, you will be tasked with both independent and team operations to ensure successful installations that reflect the Linden Creek brand aesthetic. Your roles and responsibilities will involve selecting and styling furniture as well as accessories based on project needs, efficiently installing and uninstalling staging projects, maintaining visual and cleanliness integrity of used inventory, and completing all styling according to the Linden Creek brand standards.

Furthermore, you will be required to participate in inventory inspections and reporting, provide feedback for staging inventory, collect accurate measurements and photographs, unload and restock inventory, maintain a clean warehouse environment, assist with quality control inspections of inventory items, report damaged or missing items swiftly, operate inventory systems, prepare physical marketing materials and at times pick up inventory from the local store.

In terms of traits, you are expected to be creative, energetic, organized, professional, passionate about design and solution-oriented. Physically, you should be comfortable with lifting and relocating furniture, traveling within their area, standing for long periods, and local driving.

The role pay rate ranges from $17 to $26 per hour depending on experience. This role is not confined to skills and responsibilities stated, team members may be asked to step outside their regular duties to meet wider business objectives from time to time as it is a small business.
