They are in search of a Luxury Staging & Interior Design Sales Professional who can mesh their knowledge of interior design with formidable sales competencies. The position suits perfectly a relation-oriented professional who excels in transforming inbound leads into successful sales, fostering lasting partnerships, and drumming up fresh business by proactively networking with influential realtors, developers, builders, among other luxury real estate professionals.
As trusted sales lead, the candidate’s main function will be to shepherd clients from the initial inquiry through to finalizing the deal. They should also assume the role of growth driver by augmenting revenues and solidifying Vesta’s foothold in the luxury real estate industry.
The core responsibilities for the role mainly revolve around Sales & Business Development. The candidate should competently manage and convert inbound leads by providing client consultations, presenting luxury staging and design solutions, and sealing projects. They should also be adept at generating new business by prospectively reaching out, networking, and establishing relationships with luxury real estate agents and brokerages as well as developers and builders. Successful candidates should also regularly attend industry events, open houses, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and grow prospective leads. There’s also the need to maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates.
On the client consultation and sales execution front, the candidate should be skilled in meeting prospective clients to evaluate property needs, lifestyle objectives, timeframes, and budgets. They should also confidently present tailored staging and interior design capabilities that align with client objectives and luxury market norms.
The candidate would also double up as a Brand Representative, serving as a professional, polished ambassador of the company in all client and partner interactions, which enhances the company’s reputation for luxury, integrity, and exceptional service.
The position requires at least 3+ years of experience in interior design, home staging, or a related luxury services field. Proven success in sales, business development, or consultative selling (luxury brand and design sales are strongly preferred). Familiarity with staging or designing luxury homes ($5M+) is a plus. Strong closing skills coupled with the ability to confidently present value-based solutions can also make the ideal candidate. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are a must. They need to be highly organized with strong time-management and problem-solving abilities and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate resides in or near West Palm Beach and has an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
