Simply Dwell in Jacksonville, FL is searching for dependable Movers/Drivers to become part of their home staging team. The job entails the delivery, loading, and setting up of furniture and décor in residences all over Northeast Florida.

The list of responsibilities for this position includes loading and unloading the staging furniture and décor, both at the warehouse and on-site. Driving the company’s box trucks to the staging locations scattered across Northeast Florida. A key requirement of the role is to ensure the furniture is safely transported and adequately secured during transit.
On-site, the candidate will be assisting stagers with the placement of furniture and accessories during installations. Proper wrapping, packing, and protection of inventory while in transit is crucial. Keeping the trucks and staging inventory well-organized is also necessary. Conducting routine checks of the vehicle before and after all routes is part of their duty while also completing basic delivery and inventory forms.
On top of a valid driver’s license and a neat driving record, the ability to lift and move heavy furniture, preferably over 75+ lbs, is a requirement. Experience with delivery vehicles or box trucks is preferred. The best fit will be hardworking, reliable, and perform well in a team environment. Comfortable interaction with real estate professionals and working within client homes.
This position will be physically demanding and applicants must be prepared to lift at least 75+ lbs repeatedly, move furniture, cover stairs, and be on their feet for long durations.
Since our team relies on each other to stay on schedule, punctuality and high attendance levels are of utmost importance. It is preferable if applicants have experience in moving or delivering, warehouse or logistics work, furniture handling, or staging.
