Queen of Home Staging, a rapidly expanding local business based in the Venice & Sarasota region, is searching for a reliable and experienced part-time warehouse/mover worker. The business needs someone who is able to work from Monday to Thursday and performs each task with a mature and positive mindset.

The successful candidate for this role will have experience in moving furniture and/or households. A keen understanding of home décor and furniture/room layout is desired, and a person who is organized, clean, reliable, and works well within a team. It’s important to be flexible, detail oriented, and handy, for instance, being able to hang pictures or assemble furniture. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is also required.
The position is that of a Moving/Warehouse Helper, who will be key in assisting with the loading and unloading of goods. This role requires excellent teamwork skills as well as the ability to lift heavy items and drive delivery vehicles. Previous experience in warehouse settings and commercial driving is beneficial.
Your duties will include assisting with the loading and unloading of items, driving various vehicles such as box trucks and vans to safely transport goods, ensuring all items are handled properly to prevent damage in transit, and collaborating efficiently with team members.
This part-time role comes with an hourly pay rate of $18.00 – $21.00. The expected working hours per week range between 6 – 20 hours.
