The position open is for a Sales Representative, playing the role of a trusted guide for homeowners, realtors, and partners in the dynamic world of home staging. The chosen candidate will be fostering relationships based on trust with clients to encourage growth and shape the future communities they serve.

The responsibilities include identifying and chasing new business opportunities. The candidate will also be building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers. They will have to become knowledgeable about the services and value propositions offered by the company. A major part of the job will be executing personalized sales strategies. The company expects the candidate to deliver persuasive proposals, negotiate contracts, close deals and consistently surpass sales targets. They will also be asked to provide valuable market insights and customer feedback to progressively improve service. Last, but not least, the candidate will be representing The staging Company at multiple industry events, trade shows, and network opportunities.

The Job Type is full-time with an annual pay ranging between $84,000.00 – $110,000.00. Benefits include employee discount, flexible schedule, paid time off, paid training, and professional development assistance. They offer a compensation package which includes both commission pay and an uncapped commission. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday and requires the candidate to work in-person.
