They are currently searching for a dependable, industrious Staging Crew Member to be part of their active team. This role predominantly focuses on the physical aspects of home staging which include loading and unloading furnishings, operating the company vehicle, setting up and removing furniture and decor in client properties, and overseeing warehouse inventory. The individual will closely collaborate with lead stagers and crew members to bring design ideas to life while prioritizing safety, productivity, and respect.

Some responsibilities will include secure loading and unloading furniture, decor and other items between the warehouse and truck. The individual must be able to drive the company truck to and from job sites, ensuring punctual arrivals and the secure transportation of inventory. Part of the role is participating in staging installations by positioning and arranging furniture, hanging artworks, placing accessories, and adjusting to create appealing, market-ready spaces. The role also includes destaging: carefully removing, packing, and loading all staging products after photos or showings, while ensuring the property remains in excellent condition.

Additional tasks include organizing and overseeing the warehouse, moving, storing and inventorying furnishings, keeping the space clean, safe, and efficient, accurately executing staging plans under the guidance of lead stagers and team leads. They should collaborate effectively as a team to complete jobs promptly, and handle all interactions with clients, real estate agents, and homeowners in a respectful, professional, and courteous manner. Other minor tasks may involve slight cleaning, basic assembly/disassembly, or touch-ups when needed.

Qualifications and requirements for this role include regular ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs, a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license for operating the company truck. Prior experience in moving, furniture installation, warehouse work, construction labor, or similar physical roles is a plus. They need someone who thrives in a team setting, takes directions well, demonstrates professionalism at all times, is reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
