They are looking for a Junior Stager who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and excited to learn about luxury home staging. This person will be part of a collaborative team that values excellence and attention to detail.
The Junior Stager will play a critical role in supporting the design team. They will work closely with the lead designer and operations team to execute all staging installations flawlessly. They will manage inventory, oversee onsite installations, and coordinate logistics.
The Junior Stager will also be involved in project planning and execution. They will conduct site visits, perform measuremens, and take photographs before and after the staging process. In addition, they are required to track inventory deliveries and flag any discrepancies.
In line with supporting the design function, the Junior Stager will assist the lead designer with staging selection and client coordination. Sourcing furnishings and décor, conducting stock checks, pricing research, and maintaining and forecasting inventory needs will fall within their responsibilities. They will also help in preparing homes for photography and do final walk-throughs before the site is signed off.
This role involves interaction with clients and vendors as well. Scheduling site visits, drafting post-visit communications, coordinating with vendors for product orders and deliveries, tracking purchase orders are part of this responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have experience in interior design or staging. They should have strong organizational skills, and be comfortable doing physical work. They should take initiative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Being tech-savvy with project management tools such as Monday.com is a plus, and they should possess professional written and verbal communication skills.

Work schedule is from Monday to Friday, and it involves an 8-hour shift. Job location is on-site, and reliable transportation is necessary as the job will require travel to different locations as needed.
