REH Interiors is looking to hire a new Staging Designer & Project Manager on a W-2 hourly basis. The job is based in their Boca Raton, FL HQ and will require travel within a 30-mile radius and surrounding metropolitan areas.

As the Staging Designer & Project Manager, you’ll be a key player in every staging project. This job is the perfect blend of creative design work, client relations, and project coordination. You’ll need to understand the distinct differences between home staging and traditional interior designing.
You’ll need to develop and execute staging designs that align with a project’s marketing strategy and goals of the client. This means creating accurate lists and managing inventory within our digital systems and on-site. You’ll also need to maintain clear documentation for each project phase.
Communication is key as you’ll need to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and vendors. Staying cool under pressure and in time-sensitive conditions is a must. You’ll also need to use your emotional intelligence in fast-moving or high-stress environments.
Project management involves leading multiple projects at once. You’ll manage timelines and budgets efficiently, source design elements as required, and stay updated on staging and market trends.
As a representative of the REH brand, you’ll uphold high standards by delivering thoughtful, elevated, buyer-focused staging. You’ll need to balance your personal creativity with the company standards and client needs. You’ll also need to work with the team to succeed together.
Successful candidates will proactively communicate, deliver aligned designs on time and on budget whilst understanding the nuances between home staging and traditional interior design. Remaining poised, organized, and enthusiastic in high-pressure situations is essential, as is demonstrating a growth mindset.
Qualification-wise, you’ll need a background or formal education in interior design or home staging. You should have strong project management skills and be able to manage multiple timelines. You should be a good communicator, organized, and able to provide excellent customer service. Familiarity with Google Workspace, warehouse or inventory management systems is desirable, as is previous experience in high-end real estate, design, or staging roles.
The job is full-time with a pay range of $28.00 – $35.00 per hour. Expected working hours are 30 – 45 per week, typically Monday to Friday for an 8 hour shift.
