The candidate will be in charge of the full sales procedure for luxury staging, starting from the initial inquiry all the way to contract implementation. Their goal will be to establish solid relationships with high-performing real estate agents, developers, and builders, which will facilitate recurrent and referred business.
Their function will also involve leading and managing the full sales cycle for luxury home staging projects. This includes converting inbound staging requests through consultative calls, site visits, and pricing presentations. The candidate should be capable of presenting staging solutions that align homes for a quick sale at a high perceived value in the luxury market, as well as definitively closing staging deals and securing regular business.
Apart from luxury staging sales, the role includes business development and relationship building dimensions. The candidate should be capable of proactively creating new staging opportunities through outbound prospecting and with relationship-building key industry players. The goal would be to establish long-term partnerships that result in recurring staging engagements, for this they must be willing to attend open houses, broker events, and industry functions to promote their staging services and expand the sales pipeline.
In client consultations and project alignment, the candidate will need to assess properties to establish staging scopes, budgets, timelines, and target buyer profiles. This will be in addition to guiding the internal staging and operations teams to ensure accurate scopes and smooth execution of projects.
The candidate will be a polished ambassador of their brand in all staging-related client interactions and uphold the company’s reputation for luxury presentation, professionalism, and reliability.
The potential candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in home staging sales, luxury real estate sales, or a similar luxury service. They should have a sound understanding of how staging impacts marketability, days on market, and buyer perception. They demand a proven ability to close high-value staging projects and experience in working with luxury properties. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills, and organizational skills are must-haves.
