In this position, the selected candidate will be in charge of staging vacation rental properties to create alluring, ready-for-photography settings that will be attractive to guests and lead to an increase in rate of occupancy. The job is based on a 1099 contractor model, mandating that the applicant operates under a registered LLC.

The potential home stager’s key responsibilities will include staging vacation rental properties with the use of provided inventory or personal décor, as necessary. They need to make sure each property is visually enticing, neat, and prepared for guest arrival or marketing photography.
