Moorings Park is actively seeking a VIP Personal Assistant to offer personal support and manage home services under the guidance of the Clinical Supervisor.
The chosen candidate must proficiently carry out secretarial as well as clerical tasks including the organization of files, bills, and mail. They will be tasked with answering correspondence and maintaining the client’s family agendas.
The individual will also be responsible for coordinating social engagements. This includes monitoring activities and events, assisting with the planning of celebrations and holiday events, arranging and partaking in hobbies and sporting events.
The VIP Personal Assistant will also need to coordinate travel plans. This involves researching and completing travel bookings, assisting with packing and coordinating luggage, checking in, arranging transportation to and from the airport, and assistance at security checkpoints if required.
The candidate will oversee relocations and moves. This involves contacting moving companies, downsizing and home staging, meeting with movers, managing donations, packing, cleaning and sorting household items, communicating with distant family members and shipping items to different geographical locations if necessary, unpacking and organizing, and providing limited design assistance.
They will assist with holiday planning, including decorating, shopping, gift wrapping, shipping gifts and planning holiday events.
Computer and technology support assistance is required from this role, as well as pet care assistance.
The candidate must also handle confidential data responsibly and adhere to HIPAA regulations and standards.
Job requirements include excellent command of the English language, a high school diploma or equivalent and a clean Florida driver’s license with proof of insurance.
In case of emergencies or natural disasters, it may be required for the VIP Personal Assistant to remain on duty for the duration of the event. Reliable transportation to and from work is mandatory as there may be a need to travel to clients’ homes off campus in personal vehicle.
Previous experience as a Concierge, Personal Assistant, or House Manager is preferred.
