The position of Account Executive or Client Service Manager is ideal for those who delight in forming connections with people and finding opportunities where compensation is directly correlated with performance. The recruit will function as the representative of the brand, striking up connections with potential customers, making and/or concluding appointments, and steering clients into their home organization, staging, and lifestyle services. The job does not necessitate sales tactics, but values authenticity, self-assurance, and communication.

Success in this role would mean booking and/or closing client meetings in home organization projects, building trust with clients, maintaining clear and professional communication, following up regularly, and bearing responsibility for the results. There is no income cap and compensation is entirely based on commission. In addition to 10% commission per closed project, payment is per booking/close ranging from $25 to $45 per hour.

They also have a Monthly Booking Challenge wherein the Account Executive who books the most appointments in a month gets an extra $1,000 performance bonus on top of their commissions. They offer another source of revenue for Account Executives who may want to lend a hand on physical projects.

This role is best suited for those who are self-propelled, emotionally stable, people-focused, open to guidance, growth-centric, comfortable with commission-based income, and desire flexibility and independence. The company also provides a growth path where this role can develop into leadership, training, and management positions.

The responsibilities include communicating with potential clients, setting up or closing meetings, following up with leads, professional representation of the brand, keeping client relationships, tracking communication and bookings, and aiding in project coordination as required.

The qualifications include exceptional communication skills, professional and approachable demeanor, being self-driven, determined and organized, dependable, comfortable to work independently, and with at least 1-3 years in sales, service, or account management. Though it’s beneficial, sales experience is not mandatory.
