The team is seeking an individual with a passion for real estate and a desire to significantly influence the sphere. They are keen to hire a motivated self-starter to join the team. In this role, they will work with clients directly, guiding them through the nuanced processes of buying, selling, and investing in real estate. They will use their expertise to deliver excellent service and develop long-term client relationships.

The responsibilities in this role include meeting with potential buyers and sellers to comprehend their aims, needs, and preferences. They will plan and conduct property tours providing comprehensive details about each listing. They will educate clients about current market conditions, comparable properties, and pricing trends, as well as assist buyers in formulating and negotiating offers.

Candidates will guide clients through the home buying and selling process, ensuring correct and timely completion of all legal requirements and paperwork. They will create and execute full-scale marketing plans to endorse listings, including social media campaigns, online listings, and open houses. They will provide advice on home staging and enhancements to increase property appeal.

Moreover, they will arrange and conduct showings and open houses, gather feedback and keep ongoing communication with clients. They will support sellers in appraising and negotiating offers, ensuring the most favorable terms and conditions. They will follow-up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and conserve relationships for future business.

The role requires candidates to use real estate software, CRM systems, and marketing tools to enhance service quality and efficiency. They need to have a profound understanding of the local real estate market and trends. They should showcase strong negotiation skills benefitting clients in both buying and selling scenarios, provide excellent customer service and maintain constant communication with clients throughout the process.

They should be able to work independently as well as part of a team. They should be highly organized, detailed-oriented, and self-motivated. And be flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed to adjust to client schedules.
