Located in Boise, ID, the company is on the hunt for a home stager who primarily focuses on staging occupied homes and providing staging consultations. This full-time position demands someone who is not only talented but also personable and has a keen eye for design. The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding homeowners to ready their houses for sale, maintaining a respect for the homeowner’s existing furnishings and lifestyle.
They will be responsible for carrying out in-person and virtual staging consultations with homeowners and agents. They will judge the home’s layout, furniture, accessories, and overall presentation. The chosen candidate will also provide staging recommendations and written reports after the consultations. Their role also includes rearranging or supplementing existing furnishings to make the home more visually attractive and ready for the market.
If needed, they may also supplement the home’s current furniture with additional pieces from the company’s warehouse. Working in collaboration with the design team and warehouse staff to manage staging items is also a key part of this role. Throughout the staging project, the individual will communicate professionally with homeowners and agents. Post-staging, they will track the inventory used for the project and complete any necessary follow-up documentation.
To qualify for this role, a minimum of 2 years of experience in home staging, interior styling or a related design field is preferable. A strong background or interest in staging occupied homes and presenting real estate is necessary. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to write post-consultation reports, a strong sense of spatial awareness and design balance and an ability to manage multiple homes are required. The job involves lifting light to moderate decor and calls for a candidate comfortable working in active home environments. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also must-haves.
Those with experience in Company Cam, StageForce, and other staging/inventory apps are preferred. An educational background or certification in interior design or experience working with real estate teams is also a plus.

The selected candidate will also have access to premium inventory and warehouse support. The position can be either full-time or part-time, paying $20.00 – $29.00 per hour. The person will work for 25 – 45 hours per week with a shift of either 10 hours or 8 hours from Monday to Friday and occasional weekends.
