RE/MAX Top Performers is on the lookout for a skilled In-House Real Estate Stager. They specifically need a creative individual capable of making their property listings more lively and appealing through quality staging and design work.

The person charged with the role of In-House Real Estate Stager will be tasked with readying homes for sales. This will be achieved by creating plans, staging, and styling the properties in a way that highlights their best features and makes them attractive to potential buyers. The role not only requires a flair for creativity but also necessitates organizational skills and abilities to collaborate effectively. This is because the Stager will be interfacing directly with listing managers, photographers, and clients with the aim of presenting each property at its finest.

Essential tasks for this role include designing staging plans for new listings across diverse property types and price categories, picking and arranging furniture and accessories from the company’s stock, coordinating logistics related to staging such as setup and removal of items, and maintaining and organizing the staging inventory.

They’ll also be working closely with listing agents to ensure the property’s staging style aligns with its type and target market. They will be providing suggestions for updates and modifications like lighting shifts, paintwork, and minor repairs where necessary. Helping in preparing homes for professional photography and maintaining a suitable staging schedule to cater to multiple listings simultaneously are also part of the responsibilities.

The successful candidate will come with a proven record in home staging, interior design, or visual merchandising and should have a keen sense of style, spatial awareness, and a meticulous eye for details. Excellent organizational, time-management capabilities, ability to lift and move furniture and décor as necessary, and good teamwork skills are vital for success in this role. They should have some familiarity with basic design or inventory management tools and must provide reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
