O Designs Staging is looking to hire a Home Stager. The person they are seeking should have a knack for design, installation, and administrative support. They want someone who has a keen eye for design and commendable organizational skills. The right individual for this role would have a strong sense of order, a positive work attitude, a design-oriented mindset, and superior operational skills.
This Home Stager would be responsible for preparing, setting up, and removing staging from properties located in and around Chicago. They would be required to look after the organization and maintenance of the O Designs Warehouse and its inventory. Another part of their duties would be to provide support to the Staging team, which might involve hands-on preparation and staging of projects, running errands, organizing inventory, and providing administrative assistance.
They are looking for a motivated individual who can thrive on taking instruction and act independently. This person must be willing to carry out even the most basic tasks. The individual must be comfortable working in varied environments, which could include the Warehouse on the West Side of Chicago and various other locations around Chicago. They should be extremely organized and adept at managing their time. A strong aesthetic sense that alignifies with ODesigns’ style is preferred. They should also be a stellar and personable communicator. The role involves toggling between creativity and organizational tasks. They should also be able to multitask, manage their time effectively, and be able to supervise movers on-site.
Experience with inventory control and organization at the warehouse is important. The job does not offer the possibility to work remotely. It’s a part-time, contract-based position. The pay ranges from $46,000.00 to $49,000.00 per year. The expected working hours are between 40 to 50 hours per week. Employees also enjoy paid time off.
The work schedule consists of an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday with weekends as and when required. The work will involve travelling, so it can be classified as an on-the-road job.
