The primary role involves moving furniture and staging props between the company’s warehouse and clients’ homes and being part of a professional team that enhances customers’ homes for sale with effective staging. Their pay structure starts between $22 to $24 per hour, depending on experience and license class. Overtime is applicable for more than 40 hours of work per week. After 90 days, employees begin to accrue paid time off. Typically, the workweek runs between 30 to 40 hours. Performance reviews are conducted with the potential for raises, and a matching 401K is provided.

The responsibilities involve transporting furniture and staging props to and from the warehouse and client’s homes. Duties also include packing and unloading the company’s vehicles, assembling furniture, and performing general warehouse duties that include restocking furniture using a 12ft ladder.

They require a valid Illinois Driver’s License with a clean record and a non-CDL Class C license. Applicants should have at least one year of moving experience and be proficient in loading a 26ft box truck. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs is also required. Reliability in transportation to the warehouse is crucial, as well as punctuality. Applicants should be able to work under all weather conditions. Background checks and driver’s record searches are standard procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and good English communication skills are essential. Experience in a team leadership role will be considered an added advantage.

This position could be full-time or part-time with a pay scale between $22.00 and $25.00 per hour. The expected hours of work are between 36 to 40 per week.
