The company is in search of a reliable, attentive Driver/crew leader, who will be responsible for the physical execution of staging projects. The person in this role would serve as the operations backbone, making sure every install and de-stage has the right equipment, the correct furniture, and a high-performing team on hand.

The key responsibilities of the role involve logistics and equipment management, with the candidate expected to operate a box truck safely between the warehouse and job sites. Pre-job prep also falls under the remit, with tasks such as making sure the truck is packed with the necessary equipment before leaving the warehouse on the to-do list. The candidate will also be responsible for the strategic loading and unloading of the truck to save space and safeguard delicate items.

Team leadership is required for this role, with 1-2 movers present on-site to supervise. The candidate will delegate tasks to ensure the truck is unloaded according to the designer’s priority list.

Inventory care is an important aspect of the task, with the candidate overseeing the professional packaging and padding of premium furniture and art. They will ensure damage-free transport for all company assets. The candidate will work closely with the Lead Designer for on-site execution, assisting in basic handyman tasks to ensure the home is “show-ready.”

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of professional moving, furniture delivery, or warehouse logistics experience. Experience in a “Lead” or “Foreman” role is highly desired. The candidate should possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and experience operating box trucks.

Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and stay active for long shifts is necessary. The candidate should also possess excellent organizational skills and a professional, “client-first” attitude.

In terms of remuneration, the company offers competitive hourly pay based on experience and a consistent Monday-Friday schedule. Full and part-time positions are available with pay ranging from $19.00 – $24.00 per hour. The expected hours of work will be between 25-40 per week, with paid training as a benefit. The work location will be in-person.
