A Home Staging Design Coordinator is required for an intricate design and client relationship role. They need a comprehensive understanding of interior decorating for homes poised for sale, and the ability to manage a warehouse team. They will bridge the gap between the company and the customer, utilizing calendars and customer management software. This job requires the ability to move furniture and active movement within a warehouse.
The necessary skills include customer service and de-escalation, and an adeptness for email/text communication with customers. They must be able to recognize various home styles and have knowledge of interior design. Understanding real estate and the home selling process would be favorably looked upon. They require a minimum of 3+ years of management experience and need to be able to lift at least 50lbs of furniture.
As the lead Design Curator, they’ll create the Realestaged Design Template for all company stylists to follow. They’ll make changes to existing stagings, evaluate staged properties and instruct the team on rectifying errors using photos and videos. They’ll also create vision boards and design plans for customers, coordinate customer expectations with stylists and ensure all notes are updated in the calendar/CRM system. They’ll be in charge of planning complex stagings for various property types.
In terms of team management, they’ll coordinate the teams in the morning, manage the stylists’ schedules and their associated warehouse work. They’ll oversee inventory management for luxury home stagings, coordinate pickups, manage inventory and train new stylists. They’ll also liaise with the virtual Design Coordinator and update the style guide as per leadership’s requirements.
They’ll be responsible for ensuring design quality; they’ll review before and after staging photos and videos to ensure they meet Realestaged standards, handle customer escalations, and make outgoing calls to new clients to explain the Realestaged experience.
They’ll also perform administrative tasks such as sending emails, texts, and making calls to customers to update them on staging progress, handling customer inquiries, and managing the calendar and CRM software.
In supporting the stylists, they’ll help select furniture for stagings at the warehouse and may sometimes need to help out physically on jobsites.
The job begins within four weeks of accepting the offer, with 40 hours per week required at the Realestaged warehouse. The position pays a salary of $60,000-$70,000. The schedule runs from 7am-3:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. This is an on-site position, located primarily at the Realestaged Warehouse at 7721 Old Battle Grove Road or at jobsites in the DMV area. There is a probationary period of 90 days.
