The role under discussion is for a Home Staging Stylist and is complemented by a range of benefits including a 401(k) plan, a competitive salary, health insurance and chances for advancement.

The person assuming this role will have frequent client interactions, advising on home staging, leading teams on staging projects and curating the necessary inventory. They will also conduct quality controls prior to stagings leaving the warehouse, review jobsite images and correct staging errors by other employees.

Part of the role involves functioning as a Staging Curator. They will make selection of furniture for staging jobs, evaluate staged properties, and provide corrections instructions to the team using photos and videos. They will also prepare vision boards and design plans, collaborate with other stylists on customer expectations and maintain a well-organised calendar/CRM. Furthermore, they will be required to plan complicated stagings, create Home Staging Transfer plans for moving furniture and drive to properties to document job sites with photos.

The stylist will need to perform the tasks of a Furniture Mover as well, which includes carrying and arranging furniture, printing and framing artwork, repairing and painting furniture as well as sourcing new pieces for the inventory.

In terms of Design Quality Control, they need to review photos and videos of jobs, handle customer escalations, make outgoing calls to new clients, correct issues on staging projects and train team members on proper techniques.

Finally, as part of Design Admin Work, they will review photos and videos, make outgoing client calls to agree on rooms to stage and assist the admin team with quoting design work via the CRM.

The position is full time and begins as soon as the candidate is available. While the hours are subject to changes depending on the season, the starting pay ranges between $24-$28 per hour and is determined by design experience as well as previous roles at other home staging companies. The work schedule is from 7am EST to 3pm EST.
